Powerhouse Park - New Farm Dog Park

Powerhouse Park is located adjacent to the Brisbane River and the historic Brisbane Powerhouse. The dog off-leash area is shady and always busy. There is a large grassed area next to the dog park which is suitable for picnics (and also has an espresso/coffee stall located within it).  A bike path runs along the river past the park. This park is popular with apartment dwellers with small dogs.

The dog off-leash area is only about 200m away from “Mary Mae’s Bar & Kitchen” where you can sit and sip a cocktail, have a cold beer or nibble on a range of snacks and yummy meals – either before or after (or both)!
