This is the part to take notice of :
Where is the dog beach? –
Woorim Beach (south) dog off-leash beach area
Dogs may be exercised off-leash on the foreshore between beach access 19 at Lowry Street, Woorim, heading south along the beach for a distance of about 4.2 km.
At this point there is signage installed indicating the end of the off-leash area and the commencement of the on-leash area.
Reader’s advice –
Take water for your dog as fresh water isn’t always available.
It can get busy on weekends.
If you go in the Tully St entrance, you need to walk about 500m before you get to the off leash area.
Might not be suitable for smaller dogs. Many larger and not always friendly larger dogs.
Woorim (Red Beach) dog on-leash beach area
Dogs may be exercised on a leash on the foreshore between Red Beach access off Tully Street, Bongaree, heading east along the beach for a distance of about 700 metres.
At this point there is signage installed indicating the end of the on-leash area and the commencement of the off-leash area.
Woorim (Red Beach) dog prohibited on beach area
Dogs are prohibited on this foreshore area between Red Beach access off Tully Street Bongaree around to the Bribie Bridge.

Dogs may be exercised on a leash between the entrance at the northern end of North Street northwards to the 4WD access.
